My first stay was last year. I was fine with the stay back then. This year (aug. 2025), I realised that things get worst : room/apartment where we stayed was really not clean. The room is getting old (broken furniture , dirts on the walls, the outside terrace was really dirty (the ground was dark, black ...seems like it was not cleaned for years). Price has been increased, but quality and comfort have been decreased. At the end of the day, it was really not a stay that we like. My family and I spent time to solve some technical issues with the apartment. There are noises after midnight coming from their alarm/fire security systems (it seems like their systems are having problems since weeks and they do not ask subcontractors to fix the problem--> as a result, people were disturbed during their sleep during their stay). Hopefully, the Azur area was a very nice spot, lot of locations to discover. I do really hesitate to go back again. Paying a high price for an uncomfortable stay is really not what we aim to have during holidays. We wil be looking for another solution for our stay next, since we like the French Riviera, maybe we will stay at the Bay d'Antibes next year.

Superb location. Our apartment (3 bedroom on second floor) had a fantastic view with mountain/valley view. The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. ||The pool was great for our boys (10 and 15) although not much space around the pool to sit. ||Location is very convenient to see much of the Cote D'Azur. Places like St Paul de Vence and Tourettes sur Loup are beautiful places close by. ||We thoroughly recommend staying here and would go back.

Awesome and gorgeous place. The mountain views are incredible. The pool is great. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Our only one complaint would be that the double bed had too small/narrow mattresses which made it very difficult for one person to sleep. The double bed is not large enough for two people, which wasn’t a problem for us. Also, keep in mind that it is half an hour drive to city center/ocean side if no traffic.

I've stayed in the residence for a short business trip and enjoyed fully its location. Do no expect a hotel but rather serviced apartments. The gardens and pool area are great. Most apartments have spectacular views over the hills and pool area.

The pool was closed the entire 10 days due to cloudiness and they didn’t get a technician out to fix it. Staff were unhelpful to say the least. Rooms were okay, not very clean and strange smell in hallways. Air conditioning was not great either. Extra charges for towels and general cleaning supplies. Location is okay, 45 mins drive to Nice or Cannes. There is a free local bus that takes you to the supermarket which was handy.

Very nice territory, peaceful place. The rooms are well equipped and have very nice terraces.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and are so happy we did. The hotel is cozy and location is really good, as long as you have a car which is a must. The rooms are really good, but storagespace is a bit tricky. It's mainly a self-service hotel, so you need to buy food, drinks, ice cream, as well as tings to do the dishes with. We're used to this so no trouble for us, but if you expect staff to do things maybe you should look for another place. Parking is just outside the hotel for a fee. We will come again <3

The apartment was clean and tidy, and the playground is well-maintained — but unfortunately, that’s about it for the positives. The swimming pool was a major disappointment. It’s much smaller than it looks in the photos — far too small for all the guests. On top of that, the water was filthy and cloudy from the start, and it’s now been closed for two days with just a note saying “closed due to lack of maintenance.” No communication from reception, no updates, no apology — nothing. Safety is also a concern: many tiles around the property are loose, which is dangerous, especially for children. And then there’s the parking: €10 per day, but there are no reserved spots. Even if you pay, it’s first come, first served — if it’s full, too bad. In short: clean apartment, nice playground, but very poor maintenance, zero communication, misleading photos, and overpriced, unreliable parking. Disappointing stay.
