I had the opportunity to work with Henri from ERA while searching for a house in France. Over the course of our collaboration, we visited three different houses, all of which were very good options. Henri demonstrated strong knowledge of the properties and the local area, which was extremely helpful in understanding the advantages and considerations of each location. What stood out most was his professionalism and respectful manner. He took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, never rushing the process, and made sure we had the information we needed to make informed decisions. His communication was fast, clear, and reliable, which I greatly appreciated given the importance of timely updates during a house search. As someone who does not speak French, it was particularly important for me to have an agent who could communicate fluently in English. Henri speaks excellent English, and this made the entire process much easier and less stressful for me. Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with buying a house through ERA—mainly because we chose another location—it was not due to any shortcoming on Henri’s part. On the contrary, I found working with him to be a very positive experience. He combined local expertise, professionalism, and strong communication skills, which gave me great confidence throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Henri to others who are considering buying a property in the area.

Expérience géniale, Mathilda a été très réactive par mail et très arrangeante pour organiser une visite, alors que la période a l'air très chargée pour les agences. La visite s'est très bien passée et tout était très clair, de loin la meilleure expérience de recherche de logement de ma vie pour l'instant :)

J’avais confié le bien à deux agences et la vente s’est finalement faite par une autre, mais j’ai beaucoup apprécié sa disponibilité, son professionnalisme et la qualité de nos échanges pendant ce mois de collaboration.
