They make a good car check. Employees are keen to help, to be of service and answer questions. Which is nice and very appreciated. Just a few employees at the reception have not been very welcoming, nor smiley... As client, I felt I was disturbing. Maybe they were stressed, but it didn't feel nice.
Been there for a GPS problem, and they solved it within a few minutes while other BMW garage wanted me to leave the car for 2 days to do a complete check! Really professionals and very friendly on top!
Extremely disappointing after-sales client experience. Service level is way below what could be expected from a premium brand. Furthermore new BMW vehicles struggle with connectivity issues, such as inconsistent smartphone pairing, multiple driver recognition problems and voice commands
I strongly do not recomend this company! Really bad customer service. I was interested in a car which I saw there. To get more information i tried to call them but they never answered the phone. As they send me finally the contract for the car I signed it and sent it back but I never get a respond on it. I cannot believe this is the way this company treats their customers! But as i red the others review here..I am not the only one. Therefore go and buy your BMW at another dealership who treats you better. Its not worth it.
This is the worst bmw dealership I have ever been to. The employees are absolutely careless and have no knowledge of customer care. The employees spend their time laughing and talking to each other while the customer waits tirelessly. We went up to the receptionist five times to ask to see the service employees and she told us sit on the chair until they come to talk to you. Had they been working with clients I will be ok with it. They were talking and laughing with each other while I waited for an hour and a half. The dealership is a total embarrassment for the BMW name. I suggest you buy your car from somewhere else and don’t think of servicing your car here.
