Very misleading loyalty program. We have signed up to their loyalty program via their app months ago. Every time we scanned our card after a purchase we got a notification that we are not in the loyalty program. When asking the cashiers we were told that this is a standard messsage to people who have a loyalty program and all is good. Recently when we checked our points balance, we got a balance of zero (despite spending thousands of euros). Well, it turns out they have TWO different loyalty programs - one collects points (for rebates) the other one does not. When you sign up via the app, you sign up to the one that does not collects points (you do not get any notification related to the other program) . And the cashiers do not know that there are two different programs, only customer service does. I am unable to say anything other than WOW... Update - a main challenge is that while their app seems to talk English, much of the English content is incorrect (they just skip some important details from the French content) So if you can, disregard the English content and you will avoid some bad surprises

Great click and collect service. Lots of stock and good choice. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Simple and efficient collection system for items bought on the website.

Staff very friendly and helpful

One of the largest hardware stores we've visited in France. Prices aren't rock bottom, but I like this brand for middle of the range gear.

It has everything I needed for household repairs and upgrades. Staff were very helpful. The store is bright and I think very well layed out.
