This is a container, not a hotel + I guess it’s a good deal if you’re spending just a short night before going to the airport, as it’s close to it. And they have free parking - If not what they post is not valid. You have to follow them during a few hours per day if you want to talk to someone at the reception. And I don’t know how serious your demand needs to be so the person on-call duty helps you. But most of all I booked 4 nights and freezed in my room, because of the air conditionining that works only when it wants. I woke up because of how cold it was (so I’m not sure it works better during the scorching summer). They gave me no alternative and only give me excuses, especially because I was the only one to complainte about it. They tell me I can’t even make a complaint, and I should call when the manager is back from holiday (after my stay). Also the shower is not working properly and you hear literally every sound from outside and the other rooms). The only characteristic it has of an AppartHotel is that they don’t clean during your stay. This is a hotel just on paper. And also if you call clean…? (see attached photo)

We had a good overnight stay for our early flight. It ain't the Ritz but then you are not paying for the Ritz! Friendly welcome, perfectly adequate room, clean bathroom and above all an excellent unpretentious restaurant here we had a very good and reasonably priced supper. It does amuse me when guests complain that their €70 a night hotel did not have full sauna facilities, 24/7 helipad. dog walking service and liveried limo connection to Terminal. This hotel was great and just what we wanted. Thank you Aerel Hotel.

This was a simple, budget stay near the airport due to an early morning flight at 6. The bed was just comfy enough and the towels provided were numerous and large. The check-in was quick and easy at the reception because I arrived between 17 and 19. I am not quite sure how well it works when the office is not open. The main attraction is definitely the very low price compared to the other hotels near the airport. Cons: The grounds around the rooms are quite littered with cigarette butts. It would take little effort with some weekly cleaning routine to improve the look. I had gone to bed around 10:30 because I had to get up at 4 to make my flight. Just after midnight, I was awoken by the noise of two young women talking outside of their room next door on their phone (via speaker) while smoking cigarettes. I had kept the small window in the room open for some fresh air and was getting both their loud conversation and the cigarette smoke into the room. I had to get up and tell them to be quiet. There should a noise AND smoking policy clearly stated. Also, the walkways to the rooms are not well-lit and it was very dark coming back from dinner at the restaurant.

I have been visiting this hotel since 1987. Things have changed over the years but it still has comfortable beds and pleasant rooms. There is a somewhat pricey restaurant on site but the food is superb.

We have been staying at this hotel for decades due to its reasonable rates and being able to talk to the airport for early departures. This last visit there was mold on the ceiling and over the door near the radiator and the 2 pillows were hard as rocks and last year we had an AC unit that was leaking water all night long and there was no one around to request a new room. If not for problems with AC and mold, I'd give the rooms a much higher rating.

The positives: Close to the airport Air conditioning Wifi Good restaurant (Mon bistro) adjacent. The negatives: No one at the hotel available for check in at 14:00, had to check in at the other hotel. While there is a sign, this is not presented in English (luckily, I speak French). There is on site shop or vending machine, nor is there one close by. This is a basic amenity I'm surprised is not at this hotel. The faucet had a leaky drip. I wanted to tell someone at the hotel this before I checked out at 5:00 am, but no one was there. For an airport hotel, there should always be a member of staff available. The worst (see photo). Shower had a curtain covered in mildew/mold. This is simply inexcusable for a hotel of any caliber. It's cheap. It's close to Toulouse Balagnac. But the real reason for the low score, is the moldy curtain, and lack of any actual hotel staff to support questions and concerns.

Great hotel, very efficient. It only has one ground level and felt like a national park motel. Only staffed from 7 am to 9 pm but there are locker check in available as well. There’s a restaurant nearby and nothing much else. Walking to airport takes about 10 minutes and safe. Just watch out the cars. I saw some small lizards in the bush :)

I've stayed at this hotel twice and had two completely different experiences: 1. Compared to other budget options around Toulouse Blagnac airport, this is the best I've stayed at. Booked at the last minute. The room was spotlessly tidy and fittings looked almost brand new. There's a comfy bed and a handy kitchenette. Bath was slightly cramped, but I was just pleased to have one at all. It's only a few minutes from the airport, you could walk here. 2. The room was very basic, with no kitchenette. Curtain barely covered the window. Could hear noises from next door. There was noisy building work right outside the room from early in the morning. Couldn't recommend you stay here unless it was just one night because it's convenient for the airport.
