Wasnt sure about ordering here because of some previous bad reviews but for me it was great. The prices are so good and delivery to Ireland was only 4 days. So far no issues I recommend them 😁
Bought a perfume bottle online, they did not wrap it in protective packaging and it arrived broken. Although they acknowledge the package was damaged during shipping they refuse to refund me or send a new bottle.
Fake product: Montblanc - Explorer Platinum - Déodorant Stick 75g. Smells like Montblanc, but looks like tooth paste, impossible to apply. Complaint: they refer to their general terms and conditions where you have to respond within 2 days after receipt. As I was late to respond, no help from the company. Will not buy here again.
Purchased many products from Cosma, great shop. I live in ireland and the shipping always takes about 3 working days for me. I don't have a bad word to say about them, always extremely happy with the service and products.
I ordered a set worth around €80, but the delivery was delayed, and the perfume box arrived damaged inside. Instead of solving the problem they matters worse, they refused to refund me and keep stating that the perfumes are original. I questioned the quality of their packaging. Now that I read others review about FAKE products from Cosma perfume, I confirm they are. If you are used to original packaging and products you can figure out. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them. It's a scam. This was my first purchase, and it was meant as a gift—now I’m forced to spend another €100 on a replacement. 😞
Horrible company and customer service! I bought a product online that was not as expected (due to false marketing), but I had to cover the costs of the return myself anyway from another country. They then confirmed that they received the return, but they did not refund me my money yet and have now for weeks not responded to any of my many contact attempts via several channels.
I ordered quite an expensive perfume online from Cosma website, and when the package arrived a week later, I was shocked to discover that the sealed box was empty! The box contained the packing slip, as well as brown paper fillers, however no product was inside! I immediately sent an email to Cosma explaining the situation, including many pictures for proof, and since then they completely shoved me away as a client, saying they need to investigate with the currier, the shipping company and million other excuses. I already offered them to simply refund me so I can order the perfume somewhere else, or alternatively resend me the product I payed for, but they keep saying it takes more time to investigate or don’t answer my emails at all. I’ve never experienced a legit business treating customers like this, and putting the responsibility on me to wait all this time, instead of simply refunding me and figure it out on their own time.. After almost two months (!) of this matter I sent them another email last week asking for the last time to fix this, or else I’ll have to write a review about it. They didn’t even bother answering my email almost a week later, so here I am…
Buyers beware! Been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and have sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. I had not seen the negative reviews prior to purchase but this company seems very suspicious. Don’t buy here….
