I arrive here for loading at 18.09.2025 around 13.30. They check my reference number and said your loading is tomorrow 13.30. I come back the next day at the exact time they said come back at 14.00. I come back to office at the exact time they said. This time they said your reference number has been used by another driver get another number. Joke is over

Spend 2 hours or more on loading 😬 Big facility, you can lost your self ang google maps won’t help you. Good staff, polite. Speaks german, french at loading area reception.
