Got the new washing & drying machine under warranty that has been already fixed 10 times and it doesn’t work properly. I spent hundreds of euros in the public laundry as every service call takes at least 2 weeks for a visit, then 2 weeks until they get the parts. Machine still leaks and it’s making terrible noise. French Siemens costumer service is literally non existent. I asked for a new machine-they never called back. NEVER buy Siemens appliances, at least not in France as your time, money and warranty meant absolute ZERO. I wonder what this corporate office does all day.
