We stayed in many hotels from this chain, and this one was a good hub for exploring the area. We appreciated the warm welcome at check-in by Yéléna. She spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The room was big, comfortable and the breakfast was the best. It was the most expensive as well.

For the hotel being nearly empty it was disappointing to be put directly next to the elevator. The room was bare bones- 1 pillow per bed, no towels except bath (no hand towels or wash cloths). There was no one at the bar or restaurant when I went to request a drink. Twice I ran the bell for front desk assistance and no one came. I don’t know if there was WiFi as it wasn’t provided at check in

We booked this hotel as it wasn't too far from a wedding we were due to attend and it was advertised with a pool that seemed ideal for our 4 year old grandson. On arrival, we found there was no pool - just a building site that the patio area overlooked - yes, nice view (NOT). When I queried this at reception, the receptionist really wasn't bothered. The breakfast was just ok but if you like a cup of tea, I wouldn't bother with this hotel as they didn't have any t bags unless you like fruity tea. The hotel is situated in quite an industrial area, no shops or bars. Our room overlooked a motorway bridge. The hotel on the whole was clean and tidy. If you haven't got a car hire, taxis' are very expensive.

Staff at desk evening shift not so friendly. Staff in restaurant was top! Spacious room, clean. A refrigerator in the room would be a nice extra with these temperatures.

Location was not convenient. No nearby eateries ard. Lobby was huge enough, with some fun stuffs (table soccer, table tennis table (but all the ping pong ball spoilt)). Room was huge and clean and most importantly got air con as well. Lobby has water dispenser. No tea or coffee in rooms. Breakfast was very simple. No eggs as well. Overall, it was a nice stay here!

Not a great experience overall and we won't be coming back here (I say that because the one in Nice was perfectly fine). Front desk said they had "plenty" of adapters for US plugs but only had one when we got here. Asked about the restaurant and they even gave us a menu when they said they opened at 7pm. When we went back they said you need a reservation but never told us prior. The other IBIS had a wonderful breakfast where this one was around 20€. The employees were friendly but gave a lot of misleading information on multiple occasions-- beware of this

The room is clean, but the equipment is a little old. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water cups, etc. in the room. This is my first trip to Europe. I don't know if this is the case in Europe, but most hotels in Asia are equipped with these supplies. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak English. Because I wanted to drink hot water, I asked the staff to help me every day, and she took the trouble to help. I am very grateful! Breakfast is a typical French breakfast, mainly bread. I am really not used to it. It would be even better if you could add some hot pasta or fried rice.

A great stopover on transit to Monaco. Receptionist was super and helpful. Rooms are OK and clean. Up side was the parking as there was plenty of space. Did notice that they have charging stations too.
