In a few words: professional, efficient, good price Franck was super nice and efficient. We had a problem that got us quite worried, so we contacted him on a Sunday morning. He answered very fast and was willing to come that same day, but since it was not an emergency we were able to schedule a RDVZ the following day. He arrived on time, let us know the amount to pay before actually getting to work and once we accepted the tariff he started to do the job right away. He was super efficient and finished quite quickly. At the end he explained what he had done and insisted that in case we had a problem we could contact him again. Highly recommend! :)

I had a problem with the water pressure. I met him on the stair case and asked him to have a look. He took 5 minutes and identified the problem and wrote me an e-mail with the price. After the owner agreed to the cost, he ordered the missing piece and replaced it. Professional, correct price (low even), good work, leaves the place clean, minimum working space and discomfort. 100% recommend. Thanks a lot.
