Avoid, unless you're desperate! We booked a family room for one night to break up a long journey, we chose the location as its not too far from railway stations to visit Paris, which turned out to be the only good feature of the hotel. We contacted the hotel two weeks before departure to see if it was possible to check in early. They told it was if there was a vacant room the previous night so arranged to get there at 11:00 to find reception was closed. We use the intercom in the lobby to contact remote staff who told us to come back at 14:00 and we would not have been told early check in was possible, even though we have emails to prove this. Luckily Chantilly is only 15 minutes away and was nice to explore. When we arrived for the second time at 14:00, the remote check-in machine didn't work properly and a grumpy but helpful security guard helped us find a solution to enter the hotel. Once inside we noticed mud all over the floor and dirty walls in the dimly lit corridors. Upon reaching our room, we found they were desperately in need of maintenance and again quite unclean. It was quite cheap but even so we expected it to be clean.

We stayed here on our way to Paris. It was an adequate hotel- with an electronic door key which wad useful. It was within a retail park opposite the bowling alley and next to a restaurant. All quiet when we were there, but it was a rainy Sunday evening. ||We ate at the pasta and pizza place, with some fries from McDonalds. ||Hotel room was clean and fitted a family of four - proper beds rather than pull out ones. Breakfast in the morning was fresh (although extra) and filled us up for the day.||A good stopover hotel but nothing special!

We used this hotel as a stop over on our way down to Euro Disney. The room was clean, tidy and well laid out. It was easy to use the online check in so we had the room code before we arrived. This meant we could go straight to the room to take bags and go and get food. The beds were comfortable and the shower was ok. All in all good enough for a one night stay.

If I knew how terribke it was, I wouldn't go there. Breakfast wasn't on time on Sunday. In the description, it says it would open at 6:30 am, but it opened at 7:40 am. When it did open, the eggs were cooked by microwave, after the bacon was already out 20 minutes ago. There's no customer service, it's really nasty, and it's really depressing.

The bedding was very comfortable, but the curtains of the shower was too short and no matter shower was available.

This was almost a good review. Automatic check-in didn’t work. Waited so long to get access, we missed our travel arrangements. The bed side light was hanging off and stuck in the on position. Good points were that the bedroom, bathroom and breakfast was as expected.

Good for an overnight stay on a long journey. Plenty of options for dinner nearby (recommend Del Arte). Breakfast OK although not really enough room for all the guests (don't know whether the hotel was full or not) and the two staff members struggled a bit to keep up with demand for clean plates, cups and glasses while also replenishing food. Rooms small but comfortable and clean, shower hot and powerful (although I did worry it might fall off the wall). Reception isn't staffed all the time so there's a check-in machine in the lobby. It gives you a keypad code that let's you into the hotel and your room.

The hotel is in a very good location, both in terms of access and proximity to tourist attractions. It's ideal for a one-night stay or a multi-day base for trips to Chantilly, Compiègne, Pierrefonds, Paris, or Versailles. The hotel is located on the edge of a large shopping center with numerous shops and restaurants. The cleanliness, breakfast service, Wi-Fi, and comfort are adequate for the price. The only drawback is the jammed door mechanism in room 40, but it's manageable and doesn't affect the overall rating. I recommend it.
