I had a terrible experience at this salon. I have curly hair, and it was a bit tangled when I arrived, but instead of being professional, the lady kept nagging and making rude comments about my hair. She handled my hair very roughly, as if she was doing everything with force, which was uncomfortable and painful. There was absolutely no patience or care shown. The staff’s behavior was horrible and extremely rude. I went in expecting a relaxing and respectful service, but left feeling upset and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have curly hair. I have to add this was the day of my birthday…

I am so glad that I found this place! Marie is amazing. My daughter and me end up here always with a smile and feeling pretty. Marie understands what we want and she puts her professional touch to it. On a personal level she is patient and kind. My daughter who previously had fear in salons - here with Marie she laughs and has fun. My French is not the best but Marie always make me comfortable and take the time to understands me, which for me means a lot.

This is the worst hair cut I have had in Paris. I am left with patches of hair and no hair. See the pictures for the evidence of a bad haircut. She was texting at the start and then had a long phone call. Clippers were not even cleaned before the haircut. I totally don't recommend this.

Honestly, the most beautiful hair cut and balayage I have ever had. They understood exactly what my hair needed. And the whole team was so lovely and welcoming! Thank you!
