As a previous customer from 2012 you have exceeded all of my expectations. Lauren provided excellent customer support when my wife and I visited the showroom in August, and she took the order. I would like to thank Vernon for his help when I had questions about the dwarf wall base, and Ian for the design and adjustments to the original specifications. Lastly a huge thank you to Adam and Jake for their professional demeanour and expert installation. I have to say my greenhouse looks amazing, and has had the whole neighbourhood talking about it. This is a first class company producing well designed first class peoducts unserpinned by first class service. We ordered one of the new upright cold frames and there was a slight problem with one if the doors, to be honest i did not notice it. They came back twice to get it just right. Their attention to detail and the quality is rare to find these days 👌

Our Greenhouse was ordered, the communication with the members of Woodpecker Joinery was 1st Class, today 21st May 2021. The greenhouse was installed, the weather was poor, raining from start to finish, the guys worked with true dedication. The outcome, is truly amazing. I ordered my greenhouse at Hampton Court Flower Show and I can honestly say, the service from start to finish has been excellent! All my queries were answered quickly. When the three lovely guys came to install it last week, they were amazing - punctual, friendly and very professional! We love our new greenhouse! My wife ordered a greenhouse during Covid and was promised that they would dismantle and rebuild the greenhouse if we moved house. They have now said they won’t do it. This on top of the fact the greenhouse continually leaked even after they came to repair it is very disappointing. I’d avoid them; there are plenty of other companies to choose from.
