The hotel is very far away the rooms are incredibly small and the breakfast is very insufficient I definitely do not recommend it. The rooms are not cleaned properly either. The only positive thing was the reception staff they were kind and helpful. Apart from that it is a terrible hotel.
The old lady at the reception was very very rude... didn't greet us, kept talking in French after we asked to speak English without using Google translate etc. She even scolded me with saying something and pointing her ear in frustration. I was scared when repeating my answer, then she was like 🤷. I didn't know it is the standard for customer service in France. This place was too far from the city center, even from the closest bus stop. We found a big insect in the room. It was a foolish decision to pay 100 euros for this accommodation.
Nice little hotel for a stopover. The price was excellent regarding the season and the hotel was full.The breakfast is very simple so you could get better in a nearby bakery.For the location, you will need a car as it is on a suburban area.The people were really nice by the way
Stayed one night at this fine hotel. Nice staff and welcoming feeling when arriving at the hotel. Plenty of parking spaces, which also seemes safe. Clean rooms. Found this hotel value for money. Breakfast was plenty and also reasonable priced. Recommended
I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, but I have never in my life had such a bad experience or seen such an unfriendly receptionist. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was right in front of us. My daughter has been taking French lessons for a few years and was very excited to speak French here, so she greeted the receptionist in French. The receptionist gave us such a condescending look that my daughter immediately switched to English and said we had a reservation, that we were very cold and asked politely if it might be possible to check in early. We received a direct “no” as a reply. Had she kindly explained that the room wasn’t ready yet or was still being cleaned, we would have understood. But she said “no” in such a harsh way that it really upset my daughter. We were exhausted, so we found an empty table, sat down and even fell asleep on the chairs. By the way, we had arrived at the hotel at 12:20 p.m. After some time, a German couple arrived and checked in. The receptionist spoke German with them, was very friendly and polite, and immediately told them their room number. They went straight to their room. When we heard this, we went back to the reception. There were two more couples in front of us, and they also checked in and went directly to their rooms. Then I spoke German and asked the receptionist whether we could also check in now. She asked, “Oh, are you from Germany?” and I said yes. While processing our check-in, she sighed and said she couldn’t manage it, but a young man working at reception said he could help and completed our check-in immediately. We went to our room, but both my daughter and I were very upset, and it really affected our mood. The rooms were very clean and sufficient, and breakfast was good, but this bad experience affected us a lot. For this reason, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again. Hotel management should definitely speak with the slightly older female receptionist

Excellent check in experience. The hotel is a budget version of the B&B hotel chain. Everything you need is there and in good order ( so many budget hotels are tatty, this isn’t). Good breakfast and gluten free products available. The rooms are small but smart.
Had to cancel initial booking as car problem in Switzerland- thankfully the team were able to defer another booking for 6 months. As a result I booked in as soon as car repaired so took the hassle of seeking alternative accommodation! Good welcome on arrival. Unlike the bigger Lake Garda B&B Hotel- this one smaller and breakfast offers no hot breakfast and less choices on cold food. Bathroom sliding door broken but able to close in a fashion. Had the impression the Hotel needed an upgrade but I think that is happening. The staff were very kind, respectful and helpful as always. Good to note hot food available for staff to heat up for you at night. Very tasty and welcomed!!
