A very nice family run hotel |Good breakfast (self service)|We ate excellent food in the restaurant on two nights, service was friendly, but needs to speed up a little.|Rooms are good, although attention needs to be paid to the broken shower rail and the broken toilet seat in the room we stayed in. We did report it to the owner. |The lighting in the bathroom was poor and its time really that the bathroom was refurbished.|We took the bus which stops outside the hotel into Annecy, rather than try and park the car on a busy bank holiday weekend. The bus runs every half an hour, No 14. Then change to the No 2 at Colombiere. All quite easy as stops are next to one another and very little wait.|On the whole a very nice visit.

Very welcoming staff, they do their best to speak English. The rooms are modest however but comfortable. The breakfast is good. The restaurant serves French classic and fusion cuisine which deserves a Bib Gourmand rating. I always have a good feeling being here!

This place was super. Everything was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was closed while we were there but I am sure we would have had dinner in the restaurant if it had been open. The location was lovely with views to the mountains.

Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Unfortunately there was no room at the hotel restaurant but she gave us the advice to go to Tribeca bistro which could have better service but has great food.||||The next day she advices us to visit Col de la Forclaz instead of Annecy because it was very busy with the fête de Lac. Another great advice.||||The hotel is a bit vintage but very charming in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, quiet hotel with nice rooms, great restaurant and outstanding staff. Really excellent location, with free car parking. Balcony room with lovely views, pleasant terrace to eat outside. Well cared for property,

Echoing another review here - the hotel was basic but great however the single memory I take away from the weekend there was the utterly appalling customer service from reception / manager. Having travelled extensively I am used to customs varying and customer service varying but the manager seemed to genuinely despise her paying guests. The welcome was unequivocally the most unfriendly I have received anywhere in the world and on checking in (at the prescribed time, do not attempt to check in at any other time or face a barrage of abuse) we were provided with an extensive list of all the things we are not allowed to do and that there is no food at all on Sunday’s after breakfast. Were I able to cancel and get a refund I would have done so on the spot even if it meant sleeping in a car. Under no circumstances use this hotel until management change.

Nicely decorated restaurant, simple and light good small menu freshly cooked food with regional dishes and wines. We stayed in the hotel, charming reception and restaurant staff. Clean rooms good stopover particularly if travelling with a dog.

Nice hotel, very cosy, old decor but that's fine... gives it character. Friendly staff and great restaurant, unfortunately I'm disappointed with management, lack of care for the guest, yesterday I informed the hotel staff that the shower support in my room (301), was broken, they didn't fix it, today it was the same, they offered to change room but I'm leaving tomorrow and was to tired to change room anyways.
