Great food for a reasonable price. Excellent fish cookery, highly recommended

As an American, if you’re looking for authentic French food, this place is excellent and very reasonably priced (cheap if you compare to the US). It offers a typique and historical atmosphere, making the experience even more special. We love dining outside under the patio, it adds so much charm. The sangria and the wine were both excellent, and the cooked foie gras was a real highlight. The restaurant is just a few steps away from the main street, making it convenient yet still intimate. I would definitely come back and bring more friends to enjoy it again!

This restaurant is really worth a visit. It is located in the heart of old Ceret and is part of a hotel. I would strongly recommend opting to eat on the terrace. It is a beautiful area with around 10 tables, almost entirely covered by vines and other plants. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. I would recommend the fixed price 38 Euro three course menue. There are aroud dive or six option for each course The flavour of the food was excellent, and the portions were generous. Each course was well presented and inviting. The wine was good and reasonably priced. The meal with wine was 88 euros for two.

Absolutely faultless. We were looking for somewhere for lunch during the recent very hot weather, saw the terrace and took a chance booking the last available table. The service when booking and serving staff during the meal was excellent as was the atmosphere, but best of all the food, balanced throughout and no dish fell below excellent, a treasured memory!

Dinning on the terrace is a great experience. Really good food, fresh and tasty.

Good service, delicious dessert. Sadly, the one vegetarian option was very limited.
