Our experience was excellent. Sabine and Michael are lovely hosts! They made us feel so welcome and provided great recommendations both in Bonnieux and in the surrounding towns. Every breakfast was fantastic; the meal started with a different main every day. The meals had cute and thoughtful elements that made us smile each morning. Our room was large and comfortable, and the common areas (breakfast room, kitchenette, and pool) were clean and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed spending down time on the terrace; each room had a private part of the Terrance which was nice. The location was walkable to/from the town center, which was very convenient. Can’t say enough positive things about this B&B - it’s definitely a favorite and was a highlight of our trip to Provence. Highly recommend!

On the first stop of our “sisters trip” to Provence, my three sisters and I stayed 8 nights in 2 rooms at Les Terrasses du Luberon, which we used as our home base to explore the lovely villages of the Luberon, including Bonnieux (with Les Terrasses on its edge), Lacoste, Roussillon, Oppede le Vieux, Gordes (and the Abbaye de Senanque), Lourmarin, Ansouis, Fontaine de Vaucluse, L’Isle sur la Sorgue, and more (even a day trip to Avignon). Cutting to the chase, we absolutely loved it and cannot recommend it more highly. Let me count the ways.||First, the situation and stunning views! They have 5 rooms, side by side, each with its own outside door along the terrace (with privacy dividers between the five rooms). The terrace overlooks the Luberon valley toward Lacoste, Gordes, and other villages. Each room has its own little table and chairs outside its door on the terrace. The sunset views over the valley are simply breathtaking, and with the dark skies of the Luberon, the carpet of stars on clear nights will amaze you--truly good for the soul! It was too chilly in May for us to use it, but they also have a lovely little pool on the far side of the terrace. Bonnieux is a mere 10 minutes or so walk away, and yet you feel such privacy at this lovely little B&B. (And it had private parking on site for our rental car!) When you look at a map, it’s perfectly situated in the middle of the Luberon villages and so serves as a wonderful home base for exploring the Vaucluse.||There is a small kitchen directly off the terrace (next to the guest rooms) for the guests’ use, with two refrigerators, a cooking surface, pots and pans, and cupboards full of plates, glasses, silverware and such. One refrigerator contains soft drinks and similar items for the guests, with a log to check off what you take (an honor system). They also offer wine by the bottle upon request. Outside the kitchen is a little glass-enclosed porch on the terrace (in case of rain) with small tables and chairs. One

Michael and Sabine are the most lovely hosts as they warmly welcome you to their B&B with chilled lavender-scented towels and a cool glass of water. We felt instantly at home. The five rooms here are spacious, beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a jaw-dropping view of the Luberon hills, vineyards and sunsets outside your door. Comfy bed, thick towels, thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the cafe table and 2 chairs (including candles for that evening glass of vino) on our terrace plus the super comfortable lounger under the olive tree. It was too cool for us to try the pool, but it looked very inviting. Breakfast was scrumptious including Michael’s homemade specialties. We were able to store our bottles of wine and enjoyed preparing a meal ‘at home’ in the very well-equipped and modern communal kitchen. The careful attention to detail was evident throughout our stay after their extensive renovations at the property. Bonnieux is a very good base from which to explore the area. Sabine helped us with local restaurant recommendations and reservations for two nights - both were terrific. We were so glad to have found Les Terrasses du Luberon, and wished our 3 night visit was for much longer. Highly recommended!

Ten to twenty minutes max walking to anyplace in Bonnieux. Rooms all have outdoor seating facing a spectacular view. Best shower this trip to Europe. Superb kitchen provided for guests. No problem to have dinner with a view right in front of your room. Most guests are German, but we were warmly welcomed and our hosts spoke perfect English. They were very helpful in planning our days in Provence.

We booked here because of the positive reviews on Trip Advisor, and I must say the reviews are completely justified. Michael and Sabine are perfect hosts -- welcoming, helpful and hard-working. I love Sabine's home-made jams and cakes, which appear at breakfast. Swimming pool is immaculate, as is everything else.||It's a ten-minute easy walk into the centre of Bonnieux, where there are several very good restaurants (and a few less good ones ), but you are far enough away to get some real peace and quiet. Amazing view across the plain of Bonnieux to Lacoste, the Vaucluse mountains and Mont Ventoux on the horizon.||Breakfast is continental but substantial -- wonderful artisan breads, cheeses and cold meats. Plus there is a shared kitchen with free espresso and fridges for your wine etc. ||Wonderful.

This is our third year visiting Michael and Sabine at Les Terrasses, as it's hard to resist returning to this stunning place, with gorgeous rooms, private terrace and utterly fabulous hosts. The personalised attention to detail is second to none with all the luxury you could hope for. A delicious, fresh breakfast on the terrace with unparalleled views across the Luberon, offers a very special start to each day. It’s only a short walk into the centre of town and is within easy reach of restaurants, vineyards and other Provencal delights. We had no concerns about visiting Les Terrasses during August 2020 as it is already set up to offer privacy and space from others if you want that. Michael and Sabine had also gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure the safety of their guests at this time, with extra cleaning and other precautions to comply with current covid guidelines, yet all seamlessly managed without impacting the sheer joy of being on holiday there. With all of that taken care of, we were able completely to relax throughout our stay, enjoying the gorgeous pool, views, walks and wine!

Michael and Sabine made us feel Welcome from the first till the last minute. They helped us with restaurants, walks in the neighborhood and day trips. ||The rooms were super clean, the bed comfortable with a good, silent AC but the rooms never felt hot. I guess because they are built in the mountain, they stay cool. Each room has a private terrace with table and chairs. In the kitchen, you can make a nespresso and enjoy the silence. Image yourself lounging under the olive trees, listening to the sounds of nature. The view is fabulous! Absolutely amazing! The pool is cold but refreshes you after a day trip or during the summer time. ||The Breakfast has everything you need. Every day different bread or pastries. ||Lots of restaurants in the village. A plus: You can use the kitchen to prepare cheese, tomatoes and bread to have it on your balcony with a glas of wine. You can use a fridge to keep your groceries chilled. ||This place has it all thanks to our lovely hosts who really make you feel at home. There are so many lovely villages to visit and it felt Always good to be back. ||I hope to go back one day and I certainly recommend the B&B for cleanliness and friendliness
