LE CLOS DU PETIT SEUX

Absolutely French and fabulous. If looking for a room in Le Mans Le Clos is old fashioned but very French. The owners Mr and Mrs Duhem are the most delightful people ever . Our room was spacious and very clean, bathroom large also . Breakfast was continental and every detail was taken care of , each person had everything they needed. The owners walked us to there entrance gate to wish us well on our way and unbelievably as we drove past the property they were at the dining room window waving. They made our stay , and both speak good English

Just posting this for a friend who doesn't have a Google account but wanted to post a review for Chambres d'hôtes Le Mans. She stayed there last year and raved about the place. The owner, Bernard, was a superb host and he couldn't have done more to help her enjoy her stay. Really comfortable room, charming old French house. Excellent experience.

This is a lovely place to stay. We had a very nice comfortable room. Its well run and the owners are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is really good too. We enjoyed staying there.

A fantastic bed & breakfast in Le Mans! Bernard & his wife were so warm & welcoming. Lovely spacious room in a beautiful old building. They also got up very early to serve us breakfast as we were traveling for work & need to leave at 6.30am. Very grateful! We will be back next time we visit Le Mans! Merci Olivia x

Beautiful old house with lovely garden, easy to find and conveniently situated with a short walk to the centre. Secure parking at the end of the road and we were able to pull up outside to unload cases. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave us a map and explained where we could go. The bedroom was very clean with everything we needed and we had a good french breakfast with home made preserves, fresh croissants, good coffee and the usual choices. We would visit again.

Beautiful B&B run by Bernard and his wife. Gorgeous 19th century house and garden with lovely beautifully decorated rooms. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral so it’s location is excellent and very close to all medieval centre. Breakfast is generous with fresh croissants, bread, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yoghurts, and their own homemade jams including one made of grapes from the garden according to a recipe passed down from Bernard’s wife’s mother. Both Bernard and his wife are charming and kind with an interest to help and recommend things to see around Le Mans. It was a lovely stay and I heartily recommend! Merci à la famille Duhem :)

Beautiful B&B. The house is stunning and the rooms are large. The bed was comfortable and the shower good with plenty of hot water. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was continental and there was a lot of it. The house was a 5 minute walk to the city center -- could not have been a better location. We did not make use of it, but the garden was also available for use. As wonderful as the accommodation was, the hosts make this truly outstanding. Bernard and his wife were simply wonderful. They provided lots of information about Le Mans and great directions. We arrived and left by train, and Bernard picked us up at the train station and delivered us back. He even offered to take us to see some of the sites that were further afield from Le Mans. Highly Recommend.

Welcoming hosts, comfortable bedroom with modern facilities, amazing breakfast with homemade jams, car parking in a private ‘residents only’ very secure underground car park 2 minutes walk away is included, and the city centre is only a leisurely 10 minute walk away all at a value for money price. As if that was not enough, fluent English spoken and all in a beautifully furnished period home. No wonder people regularly return. Book with confidence.
