I have been using O2switch to host my website for about 5 years and until recently I was quite content with their service. However in the past few months the service has deteriorated drastically. Different pages of my site can sometimes take more than a minute to load and sometimes I see the message "Service unavailable" instead of the page I tried to load. I have been in contact with their technical service several times to no avail. So now I am thinking of moving my site to a different hosting service - I am not getting the service that I have paid for from O2switch Thanks for your reply. In the space of about 3 weeks I had several exchanges with your technical services and I tried several solutions that were proposed but the problems continued. Your final suggestion was to migrate the site to a different server. As none of your earlier suggestions were successful I was sceptical about your latest. If I am to move to a different server then I prefer to move to a different server on a different hosting service. I gave you plenty of opportunities to propose a viable solution. It seemed to me you didn't really know how to overcome this problem - you were just grasping at possibilities not known really how to solve the problem

The price is a little more expensive but the service is all included when recently more and more host do not include some services. The customer service is reliable and answers all questions instead of only send you a link to an FAQ like many others.

Best virtual hosting provider i've encountered. Experienced support reply time usually under 15 mins as well, even during the evenings.

This web hosting company is very popular in France, there is only 1 plan at 5 €/month that includes all services: unlimited databases, domain name offered, unlimited monthly transfer, cPanel, NVMe technology for storage and 24/7 supported service in different languages. The datacenter is based on France and they performance is higher than normal. Unfortunately I haven't received an answer to a sales question after a week, so I can't witness their claims.
