I bought hangers in Aubervilliers. I had to change them and No one told me that it's not possible to change on the other shops they have. I arrived to Paris centre shop. And I received very bad service. ( I tried to reach them on the phone but no answer) The manager didn't want to change. And didn't try to find me a solution. I will defentlly won't buy there again. You lose a costumer who buy from you a lot for my busines.
I have passed an order online to be sent by Chronopost, chosen to be delivered and paid for a delivery to home address 9 Eur. I have not received the package to my home address but it was delivered to some Point Relais closeby, I have been to that Point Relais 3 times, they have never received any package to my name. I call the customer Service where they explained to me to waite for their response. I receive the response directly in my account and no notification via e-mail that I received a response. What does it say in response: "sorry we can not deliver it , the package as at your Point Relais" ???????? I have called to make a reclamation that it is not, and Retif has responded the opposite without requesting a proof at chronopost for a person signature at the reception. For something that it supposed you to save time and receive a package at home it took me at least 3 calls to Customer Service in vain, 0,09 eur per minute call. Forget about making online orders with Retif. Customer Service does not understand a thing when you are asking her simply make a call to the point of relais and ask if your package is there. anyway frustrated that lost my time!

Todo para el equipamiento del negocio. El encargado muy atento !
Bon choix, personnel sympathique et efficace. Seul point négatif, un des employé qui parasite tout le reste du staff. Il râle systématiquement, n’effectue pas les tâches qu’on lui donne. A cause de lui j’ai attendu 20 minutes en caisse pour que ses collègues retrouve les prix qu’il n’avait pas affiché. Je ne vais pas donner son prénom il se reconnaîtra.
Achat d’un mannequin femme bien précisé au vendeur et conformation de ce dernier qu’il s’agit d’un mannequin femme. Je me rend compte que c’était un mannequin homme arrivé chez moi. Je retourne au magasin pour faire un échange, plus de stock de mannequin femme, je dois attendre encore 3jours pour le recevoir EN MAGASIN. Une énorme perte de temps et d’allers-retours inutiles sans aucun dédommagement ou geste commercial. Ne recommande pas
