Too many steps to get to RER b and the escalator was not working. No staff present for help. So this appointing. The train was delayed and full. If you want to take the RER put a mask 😷 because people don’t control their gass and there is no air ventilator.

An important train station with many connections. Unfortunately, of the three information points in the station, only one was working, so many people were waiting.

The SNCF station at Massy-Palaiseau was a great start to our road trip in north-western France. Our arrivals and departures were quick and easy as we were able to reach this station on RER B from central Paris and there were a number of car rental offices in the forecourt. There were elevators for transporting luggage, clean toilets, and a mini Monoprix with freshly baked goods to take on the trip.

Large hub, but they keep it clean. The RER B and C lines are separated and can be confusing to people who are unfamiliar with the layout.

RerB/C & TGV station (of Massy). Public Trasport Hub. - Closing Hours: 02:00-04:30.

The RER station is both confusing difficult to navigate due to the large empty bridge with a lack of information panels and very steep and high stairways.

Small TGV station, the place is a bit depressing, cold, and nothing much to do. You still have a piano and one or two shops. Changing train here is much easier than in Paris when you usually need to go to another big train station

Signs on Platform 4 weren't obvious, so left the station only to find my next train was on the platform I'd just left. Signs were ok in the middle of the platform, but not near the ends. It's a very long platform
