This company is dark and opaque. I have recently been in dispute with an international relocation company AGS. After price gouging me and forcing me to pay thousands of dollars for customs examination fees incurred because of their incompetent paperwork, my personal possessions were finally delivered by AGS on July 5th, a year after they left France. While some of may possessions were delivered, many valuable items were 'lost' and many were damaged. An 'investigator' from the AM Group, a subsidiary of Poly Expert came to my property and examined the broken items. The investigator at the time agreed and confirmed the damage. They then issued a report to the company AGS and their intermediary Willis Towers Watson France. I have received a final offer that is less than 60% of the claimed value. They have repeatedly refused to inform me who the actually insurance company holding my policy is, have not issued me with an insurance policy number, and despite repeated requests they have refused to provided me with a policy document. Willis Towers Watson cite the surveyors report in several instances for justification as to not paying me the repair and replacement value. In two instances irreparable damage was done to one off art pieces, which were documented by photograph but because of the 'survey report' no compensation has been offered. Neither AGS, Willis Towers Watson or the AM group will provide me with a copy of the surveyors report. They still refuse to issue me with an insurance policy document, an insurance policy number, or inform me who the insurance company that actually holds my policy is.They also refuse to furnish me with their ORIAS number that legally identifies them as an insurance intermediary. By refusing to provide me with the ORIAS number they are effectively blocking me from taking my case to the insurance ombudsman in France. They are all now ignoring all communication.
