Top Service and great wine. The help you understand what kind that fits best to you not only selling the most expensive to you. Service in both English and German. Can definitely recommend this place. Will be back!

Great place with amazing selection of wines! My favorite wine ever comes from here!!! And a huge thanks goes to the staff, who were super friendly with us, despite us arriving right when they were closing!

Amazing people and even better wines. They know what they are talking about and give the best advices. Among others, I was looking for a specific bottle which was sold out and without hesitation they opened up a gift package just to sell me that one bottle. Left with a trunk full of wine, amazing!

Nana was great at leading our wine tasting by and guiding us on a tour through the Rhône valley glass by glass. We rented electric bikes and the process was super easy allowing us to experience the rest of Châteauneuf du Pape.

First, I want to say that Alexi guided us through the most outstanding tasting that we have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable about Cellier's wines first and foremost, but then also gave us general knowledge on French wines, the grading system, and even on how to correctly taste and compare wines. He's truly an asset to this company and wish him all the best. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we hired bikes from this winery and unfortunately, the experience wasn't quite what we'd hoped for. The marked trails were quite challenging, and it didn't feel like a self guided tour so much as just a difficult cycle. The bikes themselves were in very good condition, but I don't think are well suited to the gravelly tracks that make up about 50% of the route. I think mountain bikes would probably suit far better, and maybe electric bikes if people want to have a leisurely cycle rather than a workout. Also, some information cards in multiple languages would be handy (there were about 3 or 4 in French, but I think it would be helpful for there to be more, and in English, Spanish, German as well). However, I want to finish on a positive and say that we really appreciated the tasting and the overall service and friendliness of the staff!

Was lucky and got there when they were doing tours (no appt needed day) so we got to see their operations. The Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a great line and we ended up getting 5 bottles which we enjoyed (2 bottles of) and brought 3 back (1 broke in our carry-on though =/)

The lady who attended to us was so friendly and let us tried a few wines to find the ones we like. We walked away with 2 cartons and couldn’t be happier!

I do not like the tourist trap feeling I got there. Very limited choice of producers, it all comes from their group and it really feel very much business oriented.
