Beautiful tasting room and very warm welcome on both days we were there, no appointment needed. Exceptionally good champagne and hospitality, going the extra mile. Quality of all of the tasted champagnes where good, of course you always have your own favorite. Would highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us! (Ps. We come here for a tour, but only have a tasting. No wine cellars you can see etc. But disappointed because the photos tells something different. Combined with only French speaking people -2-stars - for this experience

We had a wonderful experience at Mailly Grand Cru. The entire tour and tasting were led by the marketing lady, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and she took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions. The tasting itself was personalized to our interests, which made the experience feel special and authentic rather than scripted. Throughout the visit, you could really feel the character of a family-owned company and the genuine passion behind the brand. What impressed us most was how much time and care was given to us. We never felt rushed, and the enthusiasm and sincerity of our guide made the tour both informative and enjoyable. A truly memorable experience and one we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Champagne region.

A new favorite champagne! Lovely tasting room with a very kind staff and great views over the vines. We love champagne that is primarily pinot noir and this was a delight, particularly for the price. We really enjoyed their Blanc de Noirs and Brut Nature. No reservation was required and easy to park.

Great tasting room with a view over the vines in Mailly Village. Attentive and welcoming young woman fluent in English but also spoke clear easy to follow French. She took into account we were familiar with the brut Reserve in the UK and served us the 2014 extra brut and the Blanc de noirs. We love Mailly champagne and this Co-operative makes excellent complex fizz. Highly recommended. Tasting was free as we bought a mixed case.
