Too bad! I got 4 thermostat connectée installed and 2 went out of battery within 1 month, the other 2 are working even if they are off. Their solution do not work. I have soo much inconvenience with them. I contacted customer service several times and it’s been 2 months now without any resolution. No technician even bothered to call back to check or see the problem. Pathetic company.

The installers showed up at the appointed time and were polite and conscientious. After the installation there was very little to clean up and we were very hsappy with the results. We were given a receipt for the work and tabs from each of the bags of insulation that were installed in the attic. I would recommend these installers for anyone interested in the 1 euro insulation deal.

Super installation. Une équipe de professionnels au top. Et je tiens à remercier Laurent particulièrement qui vraiment nous a apporté un très bon suivi une très bonne prise en charge, il a été à notre écoute du début jusqu'à la fin. Il est là à n'importe quel moment pour répondre à nos questions. Grâce à Laurent et à ENEVIE, on a pu faire un projet complet avec pose de panneaux photovoltaïques, pompe à chaleur et ballon thermodynamique.

Sabri est un excellent élément, patient et compétent Accompagné de Kévin également compétent tous deux très agréables. Installation impeccable des panneaux photovoltaïques.
