Unfortunately there is no negative note… when I saw 4.9 note on Google, I trusted this will be a great place to visit and become a customer. I have been waiting to visit and check the books available.. The story: the library organizes events to discuss books and I was eager to join them on January 10th 2026. At my biggest surprise, my experience was worse than I would’ve ever imagined. The place put on the invitation is an industrial complex, literally nothing around, only bad smell and shady stuff… as a woman alone, I got scared so I head back from that area. Tried to reach out over a call and email, but no chance. I looked up the library address, I discover it’s in another place, so I took another bus for 30 minutes. I arrive to the library and I asked for the event, and there they tell me the event is not here, it is in the address indicated on the ticket… I almost had my tears dropping because I have spent over 2 hours trying to get to the location but not success… I told them that I reached out by phone and email but no response, she asked me if I was the girl that got surrounded by dogs… and there I freak out completely… I told her no, but I got automatic response and you did not respond to my email. I told the woman politely that they’ve should specified in the ticket or email that the location is in an industrial complex to avoid any issues, especially women going there on their own… And the response was literally « no we don’t need to make this precision, it’s on you to get there », I told her that « …if they want new customers, they should be specific and clear… » , she said « ..no this is not for the library customers, the event is « free », you can take an uber from here to the event.. » Oh dear God, why this insecure behavior with people… have we forgotten good professional service… this hurts me as this is coming from sisters in Islam… I have came from far, over 2 hours in public transportation, to finally get this response … Dears sisters in Islam, i

Its a wonderful place, for muslim knowledge is a religious obligation, I visited this place for a Quran translation in English but there are all French translations but Jazak Allah Khaira my brothers their may Allah bless them millions and zillions times gifted me one copy of Quran, this is brotherhood this the spirit of my religion, today in France, I am Proud and when I returned back, I just was speechless, brothers, may Allah bless you countless.....!!!!
