Villa Beaupeyrat had some good things going for it and some not so good things. Positives: - Great location, easy walk to town (5-8 minutes) - Complementary Parking - Beautiful Grounds and quiet neighbourhood. - Coffee pods for every day of the stay - Stocked kitchen with all amenities (although we ate out) - Great outside space for aperitifs and breakfast - Living room couch and chairs were comfy Areas for improvement: - Sheets were scratchy - No fans in any of the rooms for air circulation (and no AC) - Outdoor table and chairs were wonderful to enjoy a little aperitif, however ours were fiberglass and very itchy on our skin. We had to cover them with our jackets in order to sit. Other apartments had metal chairs / tables which would have been better. Negatives: - couldn't open windows for air (they were double windows and the first one impeded the 2nd window opening fully for air) - we were on the ground floor and windows opened directly to street with no screens or protection so we had to leave them closed. - our room smelt of fresh paint which was very overwhelming. Due to not being able to leave any doors or windows open while we were exploring the city, it was hard to clear the space of the smell of paint. Hard to rate service as there is no on-site staff or individuals to speak to. Overall we enjoyed our stay but with a few small changes (fans!) it would have been an even better one.

We were located in the Chalet, above the garage being a 1 bed apartment, up a wooden staircase to get to it, very quirky and quaint. The apartment was lovely and clean, and added bonus of being able to park at the back of the villa out of sight for security reasons, if your car is full of stuff.|There is no aircon however, and so if you are going at a really hot time of year, make sure you check if the hotel can supply a fan, or take your own. We visited in a heat wave! Great location - few minutes and you are in the centre ville!

If you want a self catering apart / hotel this is perfect. The restored building is tastefully done with the rooms well appointed a a large modern bathroom. Given there is no food on offer you'll have to bring it with you or hunt something down in town, not easy first thing in the morning. We liked the place though it lacls warmth and ambience. Having said that we'd stay here again, beds and linen all excellent quality, and room very spacious.

Excellent apparthotel, situated very close to the city centre - just a few minutes walk. The apartment was very well equipped with a separate shower room and a fully kitted out kitchen area, fridge, kettle, hot plates toaster, coffee machine, etc. It also has off street private parking in the courtyard, which is a real bonus in the city centre. Would definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly use it again.

Booked into this apartment hotel for two days. 5 mins walk from the centre of shops and restaurants. ||The apartment room is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helped us in every way possible.||||The kitchenette is a perfect size and has everything you need. The bathroom is all clean and new. ||||We arrived early and they got us in our room within hours. They helped move our bags and organise taxis. ||||I would highly recommend to stay here.

Ideal location with free parking and only 10 mins walk into Limoges. |The shared space is very nice and offers a coffee machine for free use. |Each room is well appointed with a small kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. |Only downside for us was poor communication. We let them know we’d be arriving early 2 days prior and never heard back. It’s lucky for us the door was open so we had space to relax on the sofas and store bags as otherwise we would have been stuck outside which isn’t ideal with a big family and elderly parents. |The main door is coded and so is each room as there is no reception like with a normal hotel. We tried calling but they didn’t speak English and we don’t speak French so communication was tough but in the end we were able to leave our luggage until our rooms were ready.

Great big room (7) with a very comfy bed. No air con, top floor and no lift. Walking distance to everywhere & free secure parking at the back. Mini kitchen with coffee machine & fridge which is a bonus. Woukd definitely stay here again.

These relaxed and typically French apartments are comfortable and modern but in a lovely old style building. Staff speak good English and are very helpful and polite. The apartments are situated about 10 minute stroll from the centre of Limages. Could do with a mirror in the room though. A must for the ladies, not me.....😉
