Clean, comfortable hotel with a welcoming and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, and overall it offers great value—especially for Paris. Located on the southern side of the city, it’s well-connected by public transportation, making it easy to get around. The secure on-site parking is a big plus if you’re traveling by car and planning to explore the surrounding region.

Hôtel des Arcades was perfect for our one-night stay! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully modernised, offering everything we needed. The added bonus of free parking was a huge plus, and the breakfast had a good range of choices to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and a special thanks to the lovely lady on reception for being so helpful during our stay. It’s also very convenient for visiting Paris, being just a 20-minute journey to the city centre on the metro. Being dog-friendly made it even better for us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Paris!

The room's are nice, stuff's are kind, for me it was a good location, shop's and restaurants are near by, easy to travel to the city.

Nice hotel. Rooms a little dated. But sheets were clean. Shower was lovely and bathroom was clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Hôtel is a 10 min walk from Arcueil–Cachan train station which is on the main RER B Line into Paris.

Rooms were very clean, toiletries were good, and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was very good, a wide variety with freshly baked baguette and croissants, excellent coffee, cheese, and cold cuts, etc.! The staff was very friendly and helpful to my family throughout my stay! The parking was good. this hotel is suitable for many groups of people such as families, couples, and individuals!

Arrived here for my first solo work visit in Paris, the welcome from the moment I walked in was exceptional, the restaurant and the food was also perfect. Its always slightly awkward for an English person when travelling alone and eating but the team are so welcoming I felt really at home every evening dining alone. The rooms are modern ,spotlessly clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is as it should be. I would 100% recommend this hotel. I'd like to especially mention Faouzia who managed the restaurant, so very kind and always welcoming, which is just what a stranger needs

If you are in Cachan - great place to stay - close to all the stores and many good restaurants

There was a very warm and welcoming feel at this hotel. It was clean, economical for Paris, our room did have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities, bed was comfortable and it had a nice clean bathroom. We were only there overnight after having completed a tour. The absolute best thing about this hotel (it is just another good, clean hotel after all), were the staff and their attitude. So helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Told us quite happily where a self service laundry was ( literally just around the corner, 5 mind), which took a worry from our mind. Breakfast was adequate, typical of European budget hotels. Hotel also happily held on to our luggage for afternoon flight. Yes it is away from the city, but there is public transport. Also a supermarket just around the corner.
