Prices are quite good, but don't expect service if you have an issue with anything. Will not exchange anything in my case had not even gone from car park when noticed l was charged wrong price for something. Would not refund were only prepared to give a credit note, which ran out before l went back.

Bought a generator in May 2020, after a few uses it suddenly kicked out 380v and set fire to the caravan electrics. Retured it to find they wanted to sent it away for repair taking 2 weeks, after 3 months and 30+ phone calls we were told they were waiting for parts then when we got it back they said there was nothing wrong with it A few months later after a handful of uses it did the same but this time set fire to a printer and laptop. Took it back in April 2021, insisted on speaking to the manager, a scruffy chap who staff say is the manager but he said he isn't refused to replace it but wanted to send it away for another 2 week repair. After 2 months we visited and found him again in the store, still no generator. We've asked for the phone number and email of head office and customer service but he's refused to provide them. While all the rest of the staff are helpful, this guy who is clearly the manager should be sacked as he's tarnishing the reputation of Brico Cash. 6+ Months out of a year to try and fix a death trap generator that already done hundreds of Euros of damage that he refuses to pay for.

***Do not expect to return a product to this shop, even if it is faulty!!!*** I returned a generator which wouldn't start, within a couple of days of purchase. I kept going back for my money, about 15 times in 2 months. After many stories, the manager tried to say I had damaged the machine - impossible, as I never managed to started it! He says a refund is out of his control... the company that owns Brico Cash says it is up to him. Who do I believe? So we are now working with solicitors to recover €200. I used to be a good customer there, but now I spend my money in Tridome or one of the others nearby - but not Bricomarche, which is owned by the same company. AVOID!

Great opening hours. Stock levels can be poor sometimes but no worse than other French builders merchants. Prices good.

Huge choice of DIY items for the home, garden etc. Reasonably priced, it is a dépôt so do not expect a pretty store but does the job for the intended purpose.

Good to have this shop in Bergerac. Good prices. Similar to Brico Depo but the product range is smaller.

Helpful staff, good prices and a wide range of stock for a French D.I.Y. store.

Good selection of products but poor customer service.
