It is difficult to rate a Préfecture. But in my cases that I've had since 2021, honstely I haven't faced any issue. The staff are welcoming and the waiting time is reasonable. The only issue is the enterance that is a chaos.
Heard nothing but discouraging opinions about them and their work ethics but my experience was a little different as the staff was pleasantly professional.Booking an appointment" post COVID" can be a prolonged endless process for just a rendezvous meet.
I love the place because there is no hustle of peoples go on time on your appointment day any you have to finish your RDV on time .quick service and staff
The man working at the accueil was absolutely useless. Doesn’t know anything , kept saying “I don’t know” well if you don’t know , what’re you even doing here ? Ugh.

Worst prefecture in France , I wish my prefecture was in Cergy rather then here
