Relatively small but rich miseum with modern and medieval paintings

Modern art at its worse. Don’t spend time and money to enter this small museum mostly dedicated to Eugene Leroy, a locally famous bourgeois Bohème painter with an inflated interest. Tourcoing and France’s public finances do not need this aggravation. The region has plenty of other museums to see.

Personally it is a good place if you really like to see the reaction between colors. Small exhibition but fun. Entrance fee too high. Not really worth the price. But is a good place for photography. Not friendly to non-French speaker at all. Nothing in other languages including English, even no guidebooks.

We saw an interesting exhibition on painting nature by impressionists. Very beautiful paintings by Monet, Pissarro, Signac,.... Very friendly reception by the personnel. There is also a cute café in the museum.

Very nice exposition around Mahjoub Ben Bella. I did not know this museum but I will definitely come back.

Staff is extremely slow or rude. We were charged 3 euros despite having a Lille Citypass. We could only watch the temporary exhibition and not the permanent one. Disappointed overall.

Nice place very close to Tourcoing centre tube station and i Advice to get a human guide for a 45 min tour!
