My wife and I arrived here with my motorhome on a low-loader, and with little notice. The fuel cut-off system had activated after hitting a severe bump on the road. We had spent three days in the back yard of the garage who had organised the road pickup, but who refused to let a mechanic look at the problem as it was an electrical issue. On arrival, the people at JL Evasion listened to my explanation of the issue and without having experience of this particular issue before, they set about following the official procedure for the problem and had us up-and-running in less than twenty minutes. I can't say enough about the attitude and willingness to help of the people in JL Evasion. I would happily award them 6 stars if it were possible.

We were traveling through Dole and had a problem with water leakage in our camper van and went to Volkswagen who said they can't help because they don't fix camper specific stuff. So we stopped at JL Evasion without an appointment or calling. The staff immediately checked the issue, asked us to stand by for a brief moment and fixed the issue. We were back on the road after roughly one our and could continue our journey. Thanks a lot to the team!

Its a "Best of" company. My problem with the électricité of the Camper was no problem for their technician, He solved and we could continue sur Journey. Many thanks to them

Un grand merci pour votre disponibilité, nous sommes passés à l'improviste nous avions une fuite à la pompe à eau. Vous avez pris le temps de changer le filtre malgré votre charge de travail. Nous partions pour quelques jours et avions absolument besoin d'une réparation votre professionnalisme nous a permis de partir sereins.

Bonjour 👋 à tous.merci infiniment pour vôtre patience. Impossible pour vous de changer la télé 📺. Pas de décodeur. Finalement l'ancienne télé réinstallée. Figurez vous que tout fonctionne très bien. Ça venait de la batterie qui n'était pas chargée pleinement. N'hésitez camping caristes à vous arrêter établissement super.

L'équipe nous a reçu juste avant la fermeture alors que nos frein faisaient du bruit, diagnostic établi en 5 minute, besoin de remplacer disques et plaquettes. Tout a été fait le lendemain matin a la première heure. Quel bonheur ! Nous avons pu continuer notre périple sans souci !
