Very good budget car company. Only complaint is the website doesn't give enough info on where to meet the shuttle van. But they are very fair with their prices and how they check the car after. Definitely recommend

Avoid! 90 Eur without invoice for cleanup of sand in small car, although we did a basic clenup ourselves. Really on sandy island like Guadeloupe? Looks like their common hidden fee. And tried to rip us even more by claiming we lost wheel covers. We took the initial video however, so bad luck this time, swindlers! Upon arrival, we had to wait almost 1 hour for the shuttle, although it is like 5 mins. from the airport.

Very kind staff, very supportive- even if you don’t speak French - they manage and find someone. Cars are ok, reliable and perfect for island use. We used Alizes the second time and can recommend them.

All good but shockingly you have to clean the car before returning it...as if I'd want to do that on holiday! What???

Rent a car there for our holidays. They took a part of our deposit for no reason. Stay away from them !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ J’avais quelques hésitations avant de réserver chez Alizé Location après avoir lu certains avis récents, notamment concernant la caution. Finalement, mon expérience a été très positive du début à la fin. La navette est venue me récupérer à l’endroit indiqué à l’aéroport, tout était bien organisé et les explications claires. À l’agence, les formalités se sont faites simplement. L’état des lieux était précis et on m’a même conseillé de prendre des photos si besoin, ce qui montre une vraie transparence. J’ai loué une Citroën C3 pour un road trip à travers la Guadeloupe et j’ai beaucoup roulé. La voiture était fiable et très économique en carburant. Au retour, aucun souci. Accueil professionnel, petit café proposé en attendant la navette, et caution de 1 500 € restituée dès le lendemain sans difficulté. Pour ma part, tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande en toute confiance.

Malgré deux appels nous avons attendu 1h30 à l’aéroport pour la navette alors que l’agence est à 5 min.A l’agence on nous a confié une voiture avec 100000km sous prétexte qu’on paie moins cher : à aucun moment sur le site il était question d’un vieux véhicule. Le personnel est cependant très gentil. Le retour de la voiture a été très rapide sans accro.
