Wonderful, what a great collection of art from many of the recent greats, too many to list, the Picasso's ceramics were a marvel, the Miro sculpture amazing and the wonderful Chagall I could just keep going but thoroughly enjoyed the main exhibition and the current temporary collection as well please go and support the Gallery, well presented in the perfect environment and great town. It's been 75 years in the making enjoy.

Great Museum. Fab find and lots and LOTS to see from contemporary to modern art. Offers Guided and unguided tours - We browsed at our leisure and loads of Picassos to see. Yes it’s all in French however you can still appreciate the art itself. Some quirky pieces too… Top Tip: Google Translate is very handy and works VERY well for literature you want to know about with each piece.

I went here especially for Matisse's work, quite bummed as I couldn't find them, not sure if it was me or the paintings are just not there anymore. Anyway I found other beautiful works and hey, Picasso's bizarre ceramic period 😆 so many bowls. But the most interesting thing was the information about how all these painters were linked to Céret at some point. Which by the way is a very pretty small town. But I wanted to buy a €4.00 magnet from Maison de la Presse and I couldn't pay by card because the minimum was €10.00. Oh well. There's also a Manolo's statue on one of the streets near the museum.

Some nice paintings and modern art but not really my cup of tea. 10 euros entrance fee is a bit expensive too. Lovely modern building in a superb small Catalan town

A beautiful museum in a quaint small town with a diverse collection including Picasso, Matisse, Chagall, Miro Dali and more. Take a nice stroll through town, have lunch and tour the museum for a memorable day in Ceret. Easy LIO bus ride from Perpignan for 1 Euro.

Nice museum with beautiful works. Worth a visit ! People working at the reception/ticket office could be a bit more friendly and welcoming though

Very interesting modern art museum where you can enjoy the history of modern painting that took place in Ceret. You can see paintings clay and sone sculptures of Picasso, Maillol , Macha , Dali, Tapies... I fully recommend it, a must if you visit Ceret!!

Punches above its weight because of the artists who lived and visited Ceret in the past. Always has interesting exhibitions on and well worth a visit.
