Fantastic pool… if you don’t ski. According to reception, the pool is open until 7:00 PM. In reality, it closes at 6:45 PM, and guests are pushed out even earlier — and definitely not politely. We returned from the slopes by skibus at 5:25 PM, which leaves you a laughably short time to use the pool. If you want to eat something after skiing or take a proper shower before using the pool, you can forget about it — there simply isn’t enough time left. If you want to use the sauna, it costs an extra €20, but since the sauna has the same opening hours as the pool, buying access makes absolutely no sense. You won’t be able to use it properly anyway. For a ski hotel, these opening hours are a bad joke. Combined with the rude way guests are treated, this place offers frustration instead of relaxation.

It’s hard to call this place a hotel — I would rather describe it as a budget lodging facility. Even in cheap places, I have never encountered a situation where, at check-in, what they call an “apartment” lacked basic equipment. If you decide to come here, it’s worth bringing everything with you — from hand soap for the bathroom to dishwashing liquid, which is also missing. This is absurd. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world. The resort had known about our group for a long time, yet when we finally arrived after a delay, aside from being exhausted from the journey and facing a lack of basic cleaning and hygiene products — which are standard in places that want to call themselves hotels — we also had to ask for towels and bed linen. In the end, we did receive them; thankfully they were clean, but they were torn. It was already very late, and the staff’s level of English is minimal, so I preferred to just sleep under these conditions. Since we’re already talking about “hotel standards” that are missing here, another farce is the pool and sauna, which close at 7:00 PM. These are exactly the hours when people who go skiing are only just returning to the hotel. This is yet another absurdity, although I understand it reduces costs — because from what I can see, they try to save money on absolutely everything. The location is indeed picturesque, but the fact that the resort lacks basic equipment and that the nearest shop is very, very far away means long walks if you don’t have a car. As I mentioned, I have stayed in many places of different standards and budgets, in various countries, but I have never encountered a place so stingy and so poorly prepared to accommodate guests. What I experienced here will stay with me for a long time. Additionally, it is worth noting that the owners and management rely on guests to handle cleaning and general organizational matters, which creates the impression that guests are treated like staff members.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. Everything is not how it should be. The swimming pool is open only until 6:45 p.m., so it is almost impossible to use it, especially after a day of travel or sightseeing. The water in the pool is also very cold. There is not a single towel at the resort. You cannot buy one there either. The nearest shop is 20 minutes away by car. The hotel says that towels are available for 20 euros, so it is normal that guests do not bring their own towels and expect to use hotel towels. The room was missing many basic things. There was no hand soap, no mop, no sponges, no dishwashing liquid and no toilet paper at all. There is a vacuum cleaner, but it does not work. The room was basically empty of essentials. The general standard of the room is okay, but the pillowcase, which should be clean, had a stain on it. Unfortunately, I could not do anything about it because the reception is very often closed and there is no staff available. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and wonderful location. There is a free shuttle to the main ski lifts. The reception staff were helpful and spoke English. The swimming pool is very refreshing after a day on the slopes.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation. could do with some updating and bigger kitchen areas. staff friendly, lovely views and good link to resort on the ski bus.

I recommend this residence as a high rated hide away for a winter vacation .Very respectful staff . Everything is in its best order . I love Odalys.

Beautiful mountain views..a very nice holiday getaway....cool and calm environment

Bad conditions, lacking equipment, no space and very unclean. Definiately avoid!
