A mixed experience - awful first 2 nights and then 1 pleasant night. Room (night 1&2): Room was unclean. We started at 121. We’ve asked to change a room for the rest of 2 nights out of 3, the staff is rude despite first agreeing to change and then refuse to change even when other guests haven’t checked in yet. The room also has other problems - noisy, and set up dangerously - the bunk desk edges are not protected and poses serious injury to anyone who sleeps underneath. The smells repugnant:( we asked for fresh towels from the reception and they smells like expired cheese!! Room (night 3) - We’ve changed to room 632 which has much newer refurbishment. It’s a total game changer and smells nice too. Staff - very nice and friendly. Security is always happy. Though their English is limited, they seem really care and want to help. We really enjoyed the table tennis, which became the highlight of this trip! (Who knew!) Gym - small but well equipped. Breakfast - many good choices. Well topped up. Be aware of scams - I’ve received a scam message related to this booking after booking this hotel on booking.com. Being a regular user, I’ve never received any scams by using booking apart from this one. Advice is definitely ask for a quieter and cleaner room!

Checking out from this hotel tomorrow, I can comfortably say that my stay was not satisfactory and this hotel did not help me achieve my goals. Location is near metro line 12 and there are also buses. Room was simple and towels are not very clean, also one should consider this hotel receives large groups which in my case was a school group staying in my floor, making noise throughout the night.

Room didn't really look like the pictures. Tv was small and not smart at all even though I got told it was. Bed was comfy and clean. Room was spacious but the lighting was terrible. I had a good stay regardless and did the job for my weekend trip. As for amenities, they just have soap.

Great little hotel. We took a team of 35 people. Got a code for the doors to make it easy. Table tennis kept everyone busy. Restaurants next door and the trams were all nearby. Would actually go again.

Great stay overall! The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Madame Horreya for her kindness and support. Definitely a good value for money, would stay again.

This was my third visit, and just like before, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — always greeting us with a smile and even waving goodbye when we left. They are truly at your service at all times. The rooms are clean, the location is ideal (just steps from the metro), and parking is excellent. I stayed this time with my son, and it’s very child-friendly too. I’ll definitely be back again!

This hotel is situated about 25 minutes by metro from the Eiffel tower and the Champ-Elisees It offers basic comfortable rooms with continental buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good water jet from the shower. Easy access to the centre of Paris. Metro station "Aime Cesaire" just 2 minutes away.

Very disappointing experience. The room AC was not working, and when I reported it, the manager simply said he couldn’t help because there was no technician and all rooms were full. No alternative, no compensation, no attempt to resolve the issue. For a paid stay, this is unacceptable. Basic facilities should be functional, and management should be prepared to handle such situations. Would not recommend until they fix their service standards.
