The apartment was absolutely perfect. Spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was ideal. All communication was prompt and professional, and the reception upon arrival was lovely. We hope to return very soon!

We were overall quite disappointed by the home and the service of the Riveria Holiday Homes team. When we arrived, the cleanliness of the place was low throughout. Most of the dishes were quite dirty and we had to hand wash them again ourselves before we used them. Barely any amenities were provided so we actually had to purchase ourselves, such as shower gel, paper towels, washing liquid. When we arrived there was an incredibly foul stench coming from the bathroom. We told the Riviera contact, Sandrine, and she said she knew of the bad smell and we just have to deal with it without offering any solutions, so we spent the first day just trying to figure this out ourselves. Several times throughout the stay we contacted them for various items with no offer of help. I would recommend not utilizing this company. A surprisingly poor experience from the several other agencies/homes we stayed in the area.

Shower had very low water pressure. TV reception was limited (few channels and sometimes poor signal). But we didn't come to Nice to watch TV ;-) During our stay (Feb. 2026), there was some noise due to construction work in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location of the house (top floor with a view on the city rooftops). The kitchen is well-equipped.

A quiet and tidy apartment, set slightly away from Villefranche Sur Mer. Great views from the balcony but be prepared for the steep hill if walking to and from the town.

Used this company for a large apartment rental in Villefranche over the Christmas period. They were excellent to deal with and their communication at all times was first class with a special mention to Sandrine who was our main point of contact.

The villa is an elegant space, especially the master suite, with high ceilings, blackout shutters, and a large, updated bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a small bathroom that could use an update. The view is worth any of these minor issues.

Quieter location on east of the Port. Close to Port Lympia & tram stop. Excellent terrace size. Good internal layout, kitchen, bedrooms, shower etc. gave the property 10/10, if stayed there again would request additional towels & pillows. Agent excellent.

Riviera Holiday Homes is the only short-term rental agency we will use. They indulge my many questions with quick and complete replies. On one rental, we need help using thermostats and configuring the TV cable box and they sent a team member in a few minutes. Everyone is professional and friendly.
