In our hour of need, SOS 52 came to our (literal) rescue. They recovered and repaired a major issue with our car in less than 24 hours. Enabling us to get back on the road with minimal hassle, and return to England. They were kind, friendly, and very efficient. Cannot praise them highly enough. Thanks.

My Range Rover broke down on the way to the Alps. Luckily this firm were able to collect us, send us on our way with one of their hire cars and fixed the car with a replacement alternator in time for us to collect it on the way home. The cost was reasonable considering the circumstances and everyone we spoke to was focused on helping us out of a tricky situation which made a huge difference to us.

Major problem with my VW Transporter (intercooler replacement) fixed SAME DAY so we could continue on our holiday. Great service. Thanks guys.

We are Canadians travellers and we had a flat tire at the Ibis in Chaumont and Alexander was quick to respond to our call for a tow truck. He was friendly and patient. He assured us everything was going to be good and that the vehicle would be ready in the morning. He said that there would be a representative picking us up in the morning to get the rental car after repairs. Merci, merci for rescuing us. Great job.

The turbo on our motorhome stopped working day 1 of a 4 week trip away! Our Assisstance got us collected by this garage and we had excellent service. Chap called Löic spoke excellent English and kept us fully informed on what was going on. As soon as we arrived an assessment was carried out, and after we approved, the work was carried out..same day. Can't thank all the guys involved enough. We continued on our trip with no further hic-cups. Highly recommend this garage.

Even one star is too much to give to these bunch of tourist scammers. Me and my girlfriend, and both our dogs got stranded on the French highway close to Dijon. I called my service in the Netherlands, and they told us to ask for help with those orange service poles. This company picked us up and brought us to their garage. After a diagnosis of 3 minutes he concluded that the head casket is blown. He just poored some water in my radiator and immediatly said it was the head gasket.. (This without having any other symptoms of a blown head gasket). Then they wanted € 75,- just to do a simple head gasket test. Called my mechanic in The Netherlands, and she also thought is was a bit strange... But after waiting for almost 4 hours in the burning sun with TWO DOGS, I still wanted to pour some head gasket sealer in the system so I could just continue driving to home so that my dogs wouldn't overheat. They have the balls to ask € 85,- for some small bottle of knock off brand head gasket sealer and some knock off brand coolant... Watch out for this company, especially if you are a tourist or just driving through. They try to rip you off big time the moment they see you are not a local. And if they charge the same prices for the locals then they are just ordinary THIEFS!!! After I refused to pay this ridicolous prices for such simple products they said 'Like it or leave it' in such an arrogant and unprofessional way. Then I went outside to go to my car which was outside they simply just closed all the doors behind me... never have I ever experienced such bad service and such rude people/mechanics. Who just try to make the biggest profit from people driving through the country... and experiencing trouble with their cars.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU! Also, almost nobody didn't even speak a few words in English. Which was super annoying 'cause I had to Google Translate everything, and they just respond to you in French, like I can magically understand

Excellent service, fast and knowledgeable, made me feel reassured after a blow out on the motorway. Also managed to replace all four tyres necessary with a 4matic. Thank you very much :)

Was towed into there late Saturday afternoon when my Peugeot computer said no. Absolutely brilliant team, sorted it out, tested it and had me back on road in an hour. Thanks to all.
