I called Steve late on a Wednesday afternoon and he arrived within 30 minutes. Getting into my old Land Rover was not easy, but he stayed patient and worked through the problem rather than smashing a window or forcing entry. He eventually managed to get it open without causing any damage. Very professional service and I would highly recommend him
