Despite this, Mr. Philip remained patient, composed, and exceptionally attentive. He provided clear explanations regarding furniture options and delivery timelines and ensured that every detail was understood before we made decisions. What was especially valuable to us was his excellent English. As a foreign resident, being able to communicate comfortably and feel fully included in the discussion made a significant difference.
