Great hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff and would highly recommend for a group or individual stay. Nice location with many places to eat within walking distance.

I booked the Ibis Alés centre as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night. I was having an issue booking rooms online so I drove up to the hotel went inside and the very helpful reception booked me a room with breakfast and parking. ||The room was the usual Ibis type room which was fine and the room had a window overlooking the front. The hotel is in the centre of town so very handy for supermarkets and eating options. There are eating options in the Ibis too.||I had the buffet breakfast in the morning and it was fine.||A good stop for the night and I would be happy to stay there again.

We visit this hotel for more than 15 years now. The staff was always nice, but the last years they are more than wonderful. Friendly & helpful, you feel very welcome. The restaurant got an upgrade last years; on our first day this year there was live music and a cocktail bar. The breakfast has always been very good, it still is. It is lovely that also our dogs are very welcome. It's a wonderful team working hard to make their guests comfortable! Hope to see you all soon again!

This hotel is a few minutes walking from the train station, in the heart of the city. At the front desk the women was welcoming and very nice. The rooms are big, didn’t need anything else to spend a good night. Often, at breakfast, the croissants are disappointing in hotels in France which is always a mystery to me. This is France after all. Here there were just excellent!

Great staff, great place with clean rooms and parking (payable) right in the center of Ales.

The room lacks a coffee machine or a kettle (other 3 star hotels have). Overall everything is clean like all accord hotels. There are very limited numbers of parking slots available by the hotel. Wifi is free. Use the free membership to get a reduction on the price.

Needed to attend a dear friend's BDay and, as a wheelchair user, required an accessible room. I have stayed in Ibis hotels before and have always been very satisfied all around with the service. The buffet breakfast layout was, for once, lowered down and suitable for wheelchair users to help themselves without having to ask for hotel staff to help. Accessible room perfect except for toilet not in an ideal position as facing a wall with probably just around 20 cms (8 inches) of space between edge of toilet seat and wall!! I had to seat sideways! Except for this small aspect, my stay was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were given what appeared to be VIP treatment, from help with our cases to very prompt table service for much needed refreshments after our journey.||||The underground car park was most useful as the hotel is located in the middle of a busy town where parking is at a premium. (Larger cars might be tricky to maneouvre on the tight access ramp)||||The room was comfortable and warm, food was always of a high standard and a wide range of high quality beers was a welcome surprise.||We just got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for the attentive and proficient staff.||||Cannot award less than five stars, most commendable.
