I rarely write on google reviews but I have to say how outstanding Stefane was when my MacBook Pro was stolen. He quickly got the replacement Mac (a very old one) up and running with the current operating system, did a full diagnostic and helped me plan how to migrate my data. Best of all, he made the extraordinary gesture of actually receiving the package being shipped directly to him - which ended up being a hassle because it didn't arrive as planned. Incredible service for someone who called him out of the blue. Thank you Stefane, for making my computer issue much more manageable.

Expérience compliquée avec ce vendeur professionnel. Communication difficile et ton rapidement désagréable lors d’un retour pourtant encadré par la loi. Le produit était conforme, mais la gestion du litige a été longue et inutilement conflictuelle. Heureusement, la plateforme a tranché en respectant les règles.
