Perfect for Cannes Film Festival. Very close to the Cineum multiplex and the shuttle bus into town. The rooms are clean and well serviced and the price is always good. Claire at reception is incredibly helpful and hospitable.

The hotel staff was okay but didn't do much to help us with basic needs. I had cut myself and needed a first-aid kit to which they shrugged their shoulders and said that they only had cotton. When I told them it was important to have a full first aid kit in the hotel, they said it wasn't an obligation. The bed was comfortable except for the very low pillows. We asked for an extra pillow, and they told us that they couldn't do anything about it because too many hotel guests stole their pillows. (Really??? Is that our problem???) One evening, we asked for clean towels because we had dirtied ours after spending the day in the beach. The hotel manager made us give them the old towels to make sure we wouldn't steal the new ones. ||The breakfast buffet was not amazing: there wasn't that much of a choice and the croissants/bread were definitely NOT fresh (even though it said so). ||The hotel is a bit far from everything but for the price of the room (we paid €430 for 6 nights/7 days), it was okay. Don't let the price fool you though because you will have to spend a lot on food because there is no personal fridge or restaurant in the hotel. The closest restaurant is a 10 min bus ride away or a 20 min walk.||The room itself was well situated; even though it was pretty hot outside, we didn't even have to turn on the AC. This and the really good cleaning service (the room was spotless every morning) were the only upsides to the hotel.||I don't recommend staying here unless you bring your own basics because they certainly cannot be bothered to give you anything else. Also, don't cut yourself, unless you already have a first aid kit or want to go to the nearest pharmacy which is a 15 min bus ride away. Huge disappointment because I usually love staying in B&B hotels.

There was no hair dryer, however the room was clean and had all the other necessary amenities. The location was not ideal since it was far away from the city centre.

Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly. It is about 20 min to get to the festival site and the bus pass frequently. It’s also free if you have a Cannes Festival badge. It’s less than 10 min walk to Cineum. A great alternative to watch films in competition.

It’s so bad There is a smell in the hotel and rooms, and the air conditioning is not working and is not being serviced. Upon arrival, the water cooler had no water, and when I asked the reception, they gave me an old bottle, meaning there was no water!

We are currently staying in room 219, and the conditions are completely unacceptable. The room is extremely cold upon arrival. The air conditioner control does not work, and the unit only blows cold air. Reception was unable or unwilling to resolve the problem. They insisted that “it is not working,” while ignoring the fact that the AC is blowing cold air and making loud noise throughout the entire room. We are two guests, not a couple, yet the room was provided with only one bed and one blanket. When I requested a second blanket, one was delivered without a cover. No drinking water was provided in the room. This experience is far below the standard that any guest should expect.

Great value hotel to stay in if you want to stay in Cannes, which is a 10 min bus ride away. Friendly staff. Clean and all expected facilities for a hotel at this price. The breakfast was not up to much (looked like pastries and croissants) but then as I'm English I have different expectations about breakfast and got a full English breakfast elsewhere.

The worst hotel I've every been. Room was not cleaned. Code to the underground parking didn't work. We got 3 or 4 codes but every time when we would like to open the gate it didn't work. Standard of the hotel is strongly below any european standards. There is nothing it could be ok in this place. We slept before in several campings and there were much more higher standards and all were cleaned and works.
