Dr Marchand is an exceptional doctor. Always here to help, explain without judging, and find solutions. I feel extremely grateful and wouldn't change it for anything!

I have been a patient in this practice for nearly 18 years,despite moving around Berlin and spending long periods in the UK, my home country; I've greatly valued the empathetic, very kind and professionally excellent treatment from the receptionists, nurses and the two doctors here; particularly Dr Christopher Marchand. He tactfully referred me to an excellent neurologist nearby upon suspicion of MS. He was proven correct in 2009, when I was formally diagnosed and I thank him very much.

Been with these doctors for 2 years now and I recommend them to everyone. Always super helpful, Dr. Hoffmann is very competent and thorough and the reception desk is always supportive. Would definitely recommend!

Best 1st experience. When I called on the phone for an urgent certificate to get, even if I am a new patient, the girl who answered was very helpful and lovely. I also sent an email and exchanged with the dr Marchand who was responding fast and all in French. When I arrived early the next day without an appointement, I only had to wait for about an hour (they informed me about it beforehand) and the consultation with Dr Marchand was super smooth. He was extremely nice, totally fluent in French and competent. I 1000% recommend this praxis and I will be back. Merci !!

Very professional, I went there as a walk-in without appointment and got my issues resolved within 20 minutes. They also speak perfect English and are thorough with the checkup.

The best doctor ever. I moved around in Berlin several times but never change the Praxis. I had several issues and all the doctors are always been empathetic, kind and always offer the highest level medical care. No matter which problem you have, they know often better than the specialists (even if they redirect you if needed to competent colleagues). I recommended the praxis to all my friends thanks also to the many language spoken. All enthusiastic. Thanks a lot to the whole team. And tomorrow I will have to come again.

An outstanding practice. Both doctors are excellent, I can really feel they cared about my well-being. Praxis atmosphere is welcoming and all the staff I have met in several visits are attentive and caring. I do not live close by, but it is totally worth for me to commute and be patient here.

I will write this in English as I can express myself better. I have been a patient since 2019 when I moved to this neighborhood. I have had plenty of visits ranging from sprained back, colds, regular blood tests and others. No matter who the doctor on duty is, I am treated with empathy and understanding. I just like to stress how touched I was from the last visit Dr Marchand - he really listened and made me feel like he cared about my well-being.
