​We had a mixed experience during our recent winter stay. While there were several highlights and the staff was very attentive, one significant hygiene issue was a major drawback. ​The Positives: ​Service & Staff: Upon arrival, we weren't immediately impressed, but the gentleman who welcomed us and showed us to our room was wonderful. He was professional and made us feel very well looked after. ​Room Comfort: The room was equipped with everything necessary. Most importantly for a winter stay, the heating and hot water were excellent. ​Breakfast: They offer a nice "mini-buffet" with pastries, jams, yogurt, coffee, and juice. It is perfect if you enjoy a lighter continental breakfast, though guests looking for a "Full English" should note the style. ​The Concern: While the general cleaning appeared fine, I accidentally moved the bottom sheet in the morning and was shocked to see the mattress protector underneath. It was covered in small hairs and dirt. Even though the top sheets were clean, it was quite upsetting to see the condition of what was underneath. ​Future Potential: We noticed that they are currently renovating the hotel, and there were workers around during our stay. We want to thank the team for looking after us, and we wish them the best of luck with the improvements. Everything else was very nice, so we hope the deep-cleaning of the bedding is addressed as they continue their renovations.

Cheap and cheerful, pet friendly, gates locked at night so cars are secure. Perfect for stay over on our journey to Spain. Rooms are basic but has a comfortable bed, table, chair, en-suite (which does need updating) but still all working fine. Breakfast was plentiful and ample for our onward journey.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay with the family. Convenient location near the highway, great prices, clean and spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds — just what we needed after a long drive. Special thanks to Oleh for the warm welcome and help during check-in. After a long journey across France, his helpfulness and friendly attitude were exactly what we needed to feel at home.. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very busy but great value for money. Enrique on reception was very kind and helpful. Great base for travelling to Spain or the UK. Small rooms but it was OK for 1 night for the money paid. Didn't have breakfast but it was on offer if needed.

You cannot ask much for the price but there are some things that could most definitely be improved.||||To begin with, there is no WI-FI. From the beginning we complaint about this issue because we needed internet connection to work on our project and they said they had called to fix it but nothing ever happened. The only solution they gave us was to go work in the reception where we might be able to get some WI-FI, but it wasn't working there either.||||The breakfast buffet was of low quality and things stopped working every now and then (the juice machine, the coffee machine...). Little variety (and not very healthy either).||||Quite a few of the staff members do not speak English.||||The "hotel" is located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, a bit difficult to find, and approximately 30min by direct tram to the city centre.||||The bathroom is one of the main weak points. Although not all of them, most rooms include a "bathroom" comparable only to those of planes or cruise ships. A 1 square metre cubicle made of nude colour plastic with no separated shower, in other words, nobody could enter the bathroom after somebody had showered because the floor was completely wet.||||At the same time, one single mirror for a 4 people room significantly slows down the whole process of getting ready.||||Same thing goes for sockets. 2 sockets for 4 people are not enough.||||The key cards present another issue. All of a sudden one of them might stop working and when you go reactivate it to the reception the other 3 get blocked. But we had to figure this out by ourselves, not a single time out of the 4 times we went to reception with this issue did they tell us that we had to reactivate all 4 cards at the same time for them to not get blocked.||||Communication in general was minimum, they never told us if there was a problem, they simply acted behind our backs. For instance, we had an issue with the payment not being complete since the card we payed with had a limit below the total price

We stopped off overnight en route to the south of France. The hotel is just off the motorway and the rooms were very clean and air conditioned and of a pod design which while "compact" added to clean feel of the place. We were travelling with a dog which was not problem and we paid a small supplement. ||||The breakfast is cheap and is a very basic continental so plan accordingly!||||We stopped off on our way back up from the south and this time forgot to specify a room with air conditioning we didn't realise there were any without, we ended up in the older block which has no air con and smelt of stale cigarettes. The rooms were still clean but not up to the standard of the originals. ||So in summary, good value and excellent for what it does but "insist on the new rooms with Air Con".

Good little hotel for a stopover. Pizzeria on site but you may not get a pizza if arriving within an hour of closing time as they shut the oven off(!). Checkin staff usually polite and helpful unless you get the rude one with no manners. Oh, and the wifi is frustratingly c.r. a.p. Barely reaches beyond reception and you have to log in via a portal every time you reconnect. Useless if you need connection in your room. Otherwise excellent and convenient!

Quick check-in procedure. I booked a family room, comfortable enough when you are traveling and in need of a sleep-over. Shower cabin was smelling of urine, mattresses very soft, like memory foam but then it still memorizes its first user (and all the others 😂) located next to the highway in an industrial area which is very quiet..
