Love the shuttle , very fast efficient once on train . Although I might add we get stopped and checked every time for no reason. Annoying as we get sent off to another lane which you simply struggle to get back in again.

The Shuttle is outrageously overpriced—over €500 for a round trip during the week! Despite traveling outside peak times, there was a surge in passengers and we had to wait 1.5 hours just to board. For a crossing that lasts barely 30 minutes, it's simply not worth it. At that price, you'd expect efficiency and comfort, not delays and frustration. I strongly recommend looking for alternative options.

Very fast connection. You can come 3 hours before departure and maybe they let you in on train before.

After queuing for over 3 hours, we were pleasantly impressed how this service can get you from the UK to France in literally just 35mins.. Very easy, good staff.. Just hope the queues aren't as back going back.to the UK..
