SO NA BAT

I am not sure how this is rated a 4-star hotel. The property feels old and run-down, and the rooms feel like a cheap roadside motel. The staff is incredibly rude, and the level of customer service is unlike anything I have experienced in the South of France. Dinner at L'Ensemble was a disaster— 15 min sitting down before someone offered us water and took drink orders. Over two hours to receive our food, my husband's swordfish was raw, my steak was like rubber, and the staff is just entirely indifferent. To make matters worse, there is nowhere else to eat besides the one restaurant. The pool bar/restaurant is only open June 27 till end of August, so there is no poolside service. I came here to spend five days while my daughter attends tennis camp for 2 weeks, and the pool is closed for private events three of those five days, so I can't even hang out by the pool while shes training. Nothing short of disappointing. This will be my first and last stay here. The only redeeming quality is the beautiful tennis facility. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere that actually cares about the guests and delivers a true 4-star resort experience.

One of the best experiences my love and I have ever had! The rooms were simple and very clean with large glass doors that open up to a patio. The bed was comfy, food is excellent and the staff is 10/10!! They’re so kind and accommodating and speak excellent English. The tennis shaped pool and the art and flora on site are exceptional. The tennis training was very good 😊 and Sylvia, my coach was EXCELLENT

This hotel is a big structure in Sophia, with the hotel but with some notable facilities for tennis, including buildings for a school.|The hotel is well maintained even some tired particulars show that some refreshing works may be needed before summer|Room is well furnished, tidy with a very comfortable bed. Silence and calm are good elementa that help good sleeping.|Breakfast is rich and with good choices for any kind of food and beverages: I don’t like very much machines for hot beverages like coffee, milk and tea but it appears this is the trend even in 4 stars hotel.|A lounge bar and a restaurant are available: had a dinner and found it good and tasty. |Last but not least, staff members who are committed, kind and friendly always available for helping customers.

We had a great time in family for one week at the residence with half day tennis practice for me and the two kids. Great coach Alex, physical trainer Paul, and a nice massage with Naouel to recover from this intense week. We enjoyed every minute in this amazing academy.

A wonderful week - tennis, facilities, staff and location all fabulous. Made use of pool too (cold but still usable in September) and walking in the hills and parc on the doorstep. Room great. Not much to improve at all - Some noise from conference goers in small hours of the morning which I hope the venue keeps in check for future visits (I’ll definitely be back!) and an early morning leaf blower on a Sunday at 07:00 a.m.! I bought a french press/caffetiere for the room rather than instant coffee. Overall though these things didn’t spoil and otherwise wonderful week and I can’t compliment the staff enough on their helpfulness and overall manner and demeanour - smart, thoughtful, elegant, kind and very welcoming - thank you.

Stayed at the Mouratoglou Resort for a tennis camp and I really enjoyed it! However, the best was the last day massage from Sophia at the SPA. One of the best massages I had in years. Thanks a lot everyone - merci beaucoup.

I stayed at Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort on a business trip, but honestly, I enjoyed every second. Even though I was there for work, the place makes you want to grab a racket and play! The tennis facilities are amazing, and the whole resort just has such a relaxed, uplifting vibe. Perfect for tennis players, but also just a beautiful spot to unwind. I’d love to come back for a proper vacation!
