We started this relationship with Idéal habitat/SOS-Dépannage with the replacement of our main family Bathroom in 2024 and found the whole experience with this company and its staff at all levels extremely helpful, flexible to our needs and highly professional throughout. We confirmed installation dates with the project manager and were kept informed in English as to progress and if an issue arose on site it was quickly addressed by one of the team. So impressed by the relationship and above all standard of work for our bathroom we decided to provide this positive review for this amazing team of people. This included turnkey project management and utilisation of its own inhouse services team, starting with design layout, removal of the original bathroom, Implementation of new plumbing, tiling, and electrical services and installation of the new walk in shower, washbasin, assorted cupboards and a new washing machine which we had purchased. After sales support was exceptional We are very happy to recommend Idéal habitat / SOS-Dépannage to future clients considering a project in this area.

He helped us with an electricity cut at the holiday’s home when the host was not replying. He guided us over the phone to resolve the issue in English and everything was fixed thanks to his professional advice. Really professional and highly recommended to anyone.
