Amazing coffee place before the flight!!! Food was very freshly prepared and tasty. Coffee is delicious. I bought take out to take with me on the plane and even for my family at home. Yummy 😋

The waitress sneezed on our food and then flagrantly lied about doing so (I literally saw her sneezing on our food). The behaviour was wholly unprofessional and I was disgusted. All the other staff members were polite and professional but it takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Nice staff. But terrible quality. Dense and doughy croissants. Stale brioche. Pulled a piece of plastic string out of my pain au chocolate. Staff kindly replaced it but still pretty offputting

I searched so long for an italian espresso coffee in the whole CDG airport. When I finally found one here at the Eric Kayser coffee bakery, no one was there for service. It was 2 pm. Was disappointing. Pity it does not correspond to the standards of Eric Kayser chain.

Delicious sandwiches, somewhere to sit and staff that speak English. What more could you want? Don’t understand the bad reviews :)

Nothing like you’d expect at all! I speak French fluently and they tried to speak about me in French in front of me! He was polite but she needs retraining. Anyways the drink was not good at all. I don’t recommend.

Disappointing experience. Ordered a sandwich au poulet that was unfortunately dry, cold, and lacking any flavor. Although it was described as containing tomatoes, it had two halves of cherry tomato inside. Definitely not the welcoming or tasty stop.

I’ve ordered a molten lava cake here and the nice lady recommended it and volunteered to heat it in the microwave for me and it was AWESOME. So, I wanted to order another one today. Staff weren’t friendly at all and the one who took my order refused to heat it for me: “That’s only for the sandwiches,” she told me dismissively. What’s the point of a molten lava cake without “molten lava”?At that point, it’s just an expensive cupcake. I won’t be going back.
