I came specifically for an Air Touch hair coloring service. Before the appointment, I showed the result I wanted, and I was clearly told that they could do it. Only at the end of the procedure did the staff tell me that this result was actually impossible on my hair and that the color would be different. This should have been explained before starting the service, not after my hair was already processed. I booked the service online, where the listed price was 330 euros, and I paid 170 euros in advance. However, at the salon I was charged an additional 270 euros, without any prior warning or explanation as to why the price had increased. No one informed me about any change in price or asked for my consent. Now my hair is damaged. The strands that were supposed to be light are colored unevenly and have a noticeable green tint. I am left not knowing what to do with my hair or how to fix this situation. I believe this service was unprofessional, misleading, and not worth the amount of money I was charged.

Lea did hair color for me and I cannot be happier about the job she’ve done ✅ First of all salon is very nice, staff are extremely friendly and sympathetic ❤️ Lea did for me exactly what I wanted, I loved highlights and the color. Also she did for me olaplex treatment and hair looked and felt even better than before, and this effect stays for long time. Thank you so much for your service

The worst blow dry i ever had; not only they dont put towel, after they washed your hair, but the way they do the blow dry is wrong in many levels… on top - its expensive…. My hair looked worse than before they “styled” it:(

Very friendly and accommodating. I’m very happy with my shampoo and blowdry. Their wash station had massage chairs which was very relaxing, and they used excellent hair products. Highly recommend them!

Fabulous Salon in Cannes! Blonde Balayage Colour and Cut EXACTLY as I wanted, left super happy. Ive been away from home (NZ) for a few years now and have always been so scared of getting my hair done until now, can't wait for my next visit! lovely salon - friendly happy staff. Worst hair salon in the world . Extremely arrogant and rude colour woman who burnt my entire hairline , made it yellow , and ( my hair FELL OFF !!!!!!) and when i asked to tone it down she said ‘ i did hair for many years!!! I know ! ‘ ermmmm ok. Pathetic !!!! Do NOT go
